Bluelock Adds Joe Kuntz as EVP of Sales and Announces Growth Plans for 2014

Bluelock is excited to announce the addition of Joe Kuntz as Executive Vice President of Sales. The addition of Joe is part of a larger, aggressive growth strategy for Bluelock in 2014 aims to grow headcount at nearly 50% this year.

Kuntz joins Bluelock from ExactTarget, now a company, where he served as Vice President of North American Sales. He had been with ExactTarget since 2008 in several positions, each of increasing responsibility. 

“Joe brings experience in leading sales growth and scalability that aligns with Bluelock’s long term goals,” said Christopher Clapp, President and CEO of Bluelock. “I have long admired his thoughtful approach to customer interactions and team development while balancing the need for sales production. I have been searching for the right leader to add to our team and I’m confident we’ve found that in Joe.”

Kuntz will bring leadership and a cultural philosophy that integrates well with Bluelock’s organizational goals and keen vision of its next phase of high growth. As the executive leader of the sales and marketing functions, Kuntz will be responsible for developing and driving the revenue generation strategy forward.

Joe’s onboarding is just one of many Bluelock is targeting for 2014 in order to support their successful, rapidly growing business initiatives. Bluelock estimates they will grow headcount by nearly 50 percent in 2014 and are currently actively filling several open positions, while always keeping an eye out for new talent.
