Dynamic disaster recovery solution available nationwide

Bluelock and tw telecom are excited to announce the end to many IT and business headaches that have previously resulted from constrained and expensive network bandwidth for anyone connecting to a disaster recovery site. 

Earlier this month Bluelock and tw telecom announced their collaboration on a dynamic disaster recovery solution to be available nationwide. The solution is achieved by combining Bluelock Recovery-as-a-Service with tw telecom’s Business Enternet-based Intelligent network capabilities. This solution allows customers to access simple, affordable disaster recovery to the cloud through an elastic network solution that aligns and scales based on customer use.

In layman’s term that means customers are able to get the connection size they need, when they need it, and not overpay or risk a poor user experience. This is especially important when they connect to the cloud for disaster recovery protection and failback. With Bluelock’s Recovery-as-a-Service solution it is easy to test a full disaster recovery scenario. In fact, it’s encouraged for all customers to test at least twice annually and Bluelock throws in the cloud resources used in prescheduled tests for free to encourage that good behavior.
