Lean IT: Think Big About Agility

This InformationWeek article by Alistair Croll lists four key steps to IT agility including cloud computing, DevOps, agile development and lean startup.  He hits the nail on the head, though, when he states, “The problem is that none of these ideas is a panacea; rather, each is a piece of a bigger puzzle, that of transforming an organization into an organism.” Croll goes on to state that all want to make us more adaptive, “But alone, no one of them can deliver on that promise.” A great article that highlights the big picture and what it takes to reach success.
