Hybrid Cloud Sessions at VMworld 2012

June 29, 2012 by Alicia Gaba

Bluelock is excited to announce that we are officially participating in 2 cloud computing sessions at VMworld 2012 (US) and have another session featuring our hybrid cloud customer E-Meter (Siemens). While we know our awesome giveaways (yes, we were the ones with the fez hats last year) will be a great reason for you to stop by our booth (#629), we also hope you can make one of our sessions about how cloud works, how it's used in the real world and why our customers are really making the investment in a cloud strategy.

Make sure to add these sessions to your schedule:

Session ID: OPS-CSM2258
Session Title: Why Cloud? Here it is from Your Peers: How Cloud Has Transformed Their Business.
Summary: Bryan Bond of E-Meter (Siemens) will talk about why he and his team decided to create a hybrid cloud strategy for their enterprise training application and how the performance results stacked up. You'll also hear from other hybrid cloud customers.

Session ID: INF-VSP2524
Session Title: How Bluelock Built a Faster, More Agile Cloud in Four Phases

Summary: Join this talk to learn how Bluelock mapped an evolutionary path to a fully virtualized data center that would deliver dynamic SLA management, and enterprise-class application performance and availability, all in a highly-efficient, shared resource environment.

Session ID: INF-VSP2448
Session Title: Automating Bare Metal to the Cloud
Summary: PowerCLI is already a popular automation framework for managing your vSphere environment. In this session, you will learn how to utilize PowerCLI to manage your private, public or hybrid cloud.

Bluelock will be at booth #629 this year. You can also follow us on Twitter at @Bluelock for more info on the cool stuff we’ll have going on at VMworld 2012.
