PCToday: Managing Your SLAs

Pat O’Day, Bluelock’s CTO, was featured in PCToday.com’s digital magazine. The article titled “Managing Your SLAs,” by Rod Sher, is a service level agreement primer that explains how most executives fail to use SLAs properly. O’Day adds “An SLA is the way most service providers offer some level of commitment in writing to a specific level of service quality.” Rod emphasizes the inclusion of specific, agreed-upon, enforceable terms in SLAs that can be used as management tools rather than punishment.
