(Las Vegas, NV – Aug 29, 2011)- Today at VMworld® 2011, Bluelock, a certified VMware vCloud® Datacenter Services provider, announced support for VMware vCloud Datacenter Global Connect, an optional feature of VMware vCloud Datacenter Services. Global Connect will enable customers to use cloud computing from multiple providers across the globe as if they are from a single virtual cloud.

Global Connect is 100 percent compatible with VMware vSphere® and the VMware vCloud architecture, enabling applications to run without modification on clouds from different providers as well as within customers’ internal private VMware software-based cloud. Automated provisioning, public and private application catalogs, and web-based self-service simplify and automate workload deployment and management across clouds. Additionally Global Connect supports VMware vCloud Connector which offers a single-pane-of-glass management view to customers’ private and global public cloud resources.
