Bluelock Portfolio offers customers deeper visibility into the true cost of IT resources; enabling them to adjust their Virtual Datacenters to better align utilization with spending. Providing deeper visibility into applications, Bluelock Portfolio enables customers to break down their cloud costs by region, site location, line of business, application or even by Virtual Datacenter. Users can identify which business units, applications or technology components are consuming the largest amounts of their budget or bill and quickly pinpoint spending trends and outliers so they can help educate their team about what is really happening in their environment and the impact of specific behaviors. Over-provisioned applications and potential overages can also be identified, enabling users to work with Bluelock Client Support or take immediate action from within Bluelock Portfolio by clicking through to the self-service portal powered by VMware vCloud® Director. In VMware vCloud Director, users can quickly turn up or down the amount of resources inside their Virtual Datacenter.
