How does the program work?
First, identify the types of reference activities in which you have interest and determine the frequency and extent to which Bluelock can showcase your organization. Once you complete the nomination form to become a Bluelock customer reference, a member of the communications team will contact you to discuss the program in more detail. This form also allows you to opt out of these activities. Nominate your company for the Customer Reference Program today.
What makes a good case study?
We want to focus on compelling stories. Regardless of the size of your company or your implementation, if there is a story to tell, we want to help you share it.
How much time do I have to commit?
Your involvement will vary depending on your availability and preferences. We work closely with you to manage our reference requests with your direction.
What details will I need to gather?
Sample items that are helpful to ensure a successful story include approval to use your company name, permission for story publication, details about your company history and technology ecosystem and so on.
What if my company will not allow public case studies?
There are still activities for participation, which include direct interactions with peers, use-case profiles, industry analyst interviews and thought-leadership articles. We can also work with you to determine additional customer reference options, such as anonymous case studies.
What are my responsibilities?
Work with Bluelock to plan and participate in the initial discussion. Review and approve the draft materials and additional customer reference initiatives.
How will Bluelock use the success story?
The story will be posted to our website and the press release will be posted to the news wire. It may also be featured in additional collateral, such as printed marketing collateral, analyst briefing decks, videos, events and other marketing programs.
Do I get to review the story before it is published?
You have full editorial control and approval over all content developed and published by Bluelock for your success story. We will never publish without your approval. If you choose to participate in third party media interviews, final editorial copy and content is subject to the approval guidelines of the third party media publication.
