As a Bluelock client, you are able to access your computing environment online through the Bluelock VitalSigns platform. VitalSigns is Bluelock’s proprietary support and CloudSuite management portal where you can monitor the performance and resource use as well as log and track support cases.  VitalSigns enables a high level of transparency between you and Bluelock.
