As a Privacy Shield participant, Bluelock is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
The EU-US Privacy Shield program covers all personal information (i.e., personally identifiable information) about EU residents that Bluelock collects through this website, www.bluelock.com, and our provision of cloud-enabled managed hosting services. The use of personal information collected through our services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Bluelock.

Information Collection and Use
In order to access certain areas of this website (including e-newsletters, white papers and case studies, and the client portal), you must first complete an online registration form. To complete the online registration form, you are required to provide personal information, such as contact information (for example, your name and e-mail address). We use this information to contact you about services in which you have expressed interest. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third party sources to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your personal information and your purchasing history, to information in the profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing offers and to improve the content of the site for you. We do not share your personal information that is contained in the profile with other third parties. We share your profile in aggregate form only.

Service Provider Collection/Use
Bluelock collects information, which may include personal information, under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes.
We may collect personal information from our Clients to provide them with services. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
Service Provider, Sub Processors/Onward Transfer
Bluelock may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service, including third party technology and service partners as described in individual service specifications. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the above provisions in this Policy regarding Choice/Opt-Out and Service Providers and Onward Transfer, as well as the service agreements with our Clients.
Access to Data Controlled by Our Clients
Bluelock has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate personal information should direct its query to Bluelock’s Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within 30 days.
Bluelock will retain personal information we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Bluelock will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
